内蒙古宁城县畜牧业发展现状、问题及对策

Development Situations, Problems and Countermeasures of Animal Husbandry in Ningcheng County of Inner Mongolia

2012年,内蒙古宁城县畜牧业取得了显著的成绩,生产方式正在悄然发生改变,规模化养殖、区域化布局、产业化发展的格局已具雏形,动物疫病防控监督体系、畜产品安全监管体系日益完善和健全,对畜牧业健康发展的保障能力日益突显。但是,从全县畜牧业总体来看,仍存在着基础设施建设滞后,规模化、标准化、产业化程度距现代畜牧业的要求尚有较大差距,科技服务体系与发展现代畜牧业的矛盾日益突出,畜产品安全体系建设亟待加强,畜牧业龙头企业带动能力不强等急需解决的问题,这些问题直接影响着宁城县现代畜牧业的发展。对宁城县畜牧业发展情况进行了专题调研,分析了该县畜牧业发展存在的主要问题,并提出了促进其畜牧业发展的对策与建议。

In 2012,excellent achievements of animal husbandry in Ningcheng County of Inner Mongolia were obtained, the production pattern was changing, the mode of large-scale culture, regional layout and industrialization development formed. The control and supervision system of animal diseases, the supervision system of animal product＇ s safety were perfected, and the capacity of guaranteeing the healthy development of animal husbandry was increasingly arisen. From the animal husbandry in Ningcheng County, there were such problems as poor infrastructure construction, greater differences between the degree of intensive, standardized and industrialized culture and the demands of modem animal husbandry, outstanding contradiction between science and technology service system and the development of modem animal husbandry, bad construction of animal product＇ s safety system, low capability of leading animal husbandry corporation. Those problems directly influenced the development of animal husbandry in Ningcheng County. The development situations of animal husbandry in Ningcheng County were investigated. And the main existing problems in the development of animal husbandry in Ningcheng County were analyzed. And some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of animal husbandry in Ningcheng County were put forward.
