摘要
创新人才培养是高等学校面临的一个时代课题。为了推动地质工程专业创新人才培养,对地质工程本科专业教育在创新人才培养上进行探索,提出了创新人才培养需要着力解决的几个问题:转变思想观念、改革教学模式、加强实践训练和优化育人环境。
The Cultivation of innovative talent in higher education is a hot topic of modern society. Based on the exploration and practice of cultivating geological engineering undergraduate majors as the innovative talents,the present paper provides four methods for the actual cultivation of innovative talents as follows： changing concept; improving teaching methods; strengthening practical training; optimizing educational environment. It is hoped that the present paper can implicate a lot to cultivating innovative the geological engineering majors and all the students in universities.
