摘要
为了更加清晰地呈现社会企业的根本要义,本文围绕社会企业的概念界定,从社会企业的内涵和外延两个维度,分三个层面进行论证。社会企业的内涵讨论主要涉及社会企业的组织属性及目标;社会企业的外延主要指涉组织形态及边界,着重探讨社会企业与非营利组织、社会经济,社会企业与企业慈善、企业社会责任,社会企业与国有企业、福利企业的关系;而社会企业的营利与分红问题则是关涉社会企业属性的核心问题。文章通过对这三个方面的论证,以期更为清晰地呈现社会企业的基本要素和特征,为未来研究厘清基本的概念奠定基础。
In order to clearly define the fundamental nature of social enterprise, this article centers on the definition of social enterprise from the connotation and denotation sense and expounds it from the following three aspects. The connotation of social enterprise involves its attribute and target; the denotation refers to the structure and boundary problems and probes mainly into the relationship between social enterprise and non-profit organization, social economy, the relationship between social enterprise and corporate philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, the relationship between social enterprise and state-owned business, welfare enterprise. The profit and dividends of social enterprise are the essential part which defines the attribute of social enterprise. It is hoped that this article can clearly show the basic elements and characteristics of social enterprise through the analysis of these three aspects and then clarify the basic conceptual basis.
