摘要
任何非先赋的群体资格的获得,理论上都需要经历"非群体资格——部分群体资格——群体资格"的过程。本文以辅导员队伍建设为例,分析了群体资格的获得过程。本文认为,群体资格及部分群体资格的设置,既有助于提升辅导员的群体认同,也有助于强化辅导员的职业权威,特别是对"亚群体"现象的讨论,非常有助于凝练辅导员的团队文化。本文从群体资格的角度,开辟了一条新时期科学开展辅导员队伍建设的新路径。
For any non-ascriptive membership, the achievement theoretically has the process of "non- membership -partial membership-group membership". This paper takes the counselor staff construction as an example, analyzing the acquisition process of membership. This paper holds that the setting of group membership and the partial membership, which helps to enhance the community identity, also contributes to strengthening the occupation authority, especially the discussion of "sub-groups" phenomenon, which is very helpful in concise counselor team culture. This paper, from the perspective of group membership, opens up a new approach of scientific development of counselor staff construction in the new period.
