摘要
马鞍山市小微企业发展中存在人才缺乏、员工整体素质不高、企业融资难、家族式管理等问题,致使企业发展受阻。政府应加大对中小企业的扶持力度,同时企业自身应不断创新,制定一套适合自身发展的战略,并创造属于自己的企业文化,形成独具特色的产品、技术、人才、管理等创新模式。
Issues such as talents lack ,employees with low quality ,financing difficulty and familial management exist in the development of small and micro businesses in Ma’anshan ,leading to developmental baffling .The government should do more in supporting small and micro businesses .Meanwhile ,these businesses should keep innovating with proper strategies , create their special business cultures ,and form unique innovation modes of products ,techniques and talent management .
