摘要
目的研究鸡血藤提取物对豚鼠离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤心肌组织中生化指标的影响。方法制作豚鼠离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤模型,在灌流液中加入不同浓度的鸡血藤提取物,测定灌流后心肌组织中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化。结果鸡血藤提取物能使豚鼠离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤后心肌组织中LDH、CK、SOD的活性升高。结论鸡血藤提取物可通过影响心肌组织中LDH、CK、SOD的活性从而对豚鼠离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤起保护作用。
Objective To study effects of the extract of suberect spatholobus stem on biochemical indicator in the the myocardium after the ischemia reperfusion injury of isolated heart of guinea pigs. Methods A model of ischemia reperfusion injury of isolated heart of guinea pig was established. In this model, the extract of different concentration of suberect spatholobus stem was added into perfusion fluid. The changes of activity of LDH, CK and SOD in the myocardium after ischemia reperfusion injury were detected. Results The activity of LDH, CK and SOD in the myocardium after the ischemia reperfusion injury of isolated heart of guinea pigs was enhanced by giv- ing the perfusion fluid which contained extract of suberect spatholobus stem. Conclusion The extract of suberect spatholobus stem can provide a protective effect on the ischemia reperfusion injury of isolated heart of guinea pigs through promoting the activity of LDH, CK and SOD in the myocardium.
