摘要
目前,高校学生管理尚存在不少弊端,高校思想政治教育管理工作应汲取老子哲学思想的积极因素和合理成分,完善学生教育管理体制机制,提高教育管理效果,促进学生全面发展。
At present ,there exist some malpractices in the management of university students .The work of ideological and political education in university should absorb the positive factors and rational ingredients in Lao Tzu ’s thoughts ,to perfect the mechanism of educational management ,promote educational management effect and promote students all-round development .
