Having talks with students is an important work for instructors .In the new era ,instructors’ having talks with students are endowed with new connotation and new requirements .They should promote their own qualities ,be good at using various ways to communicate with students ,combine ideological guidance with psychological counseling and educa-tional management ,to improve the effectiveness of work .
