摘要 Cogan综合征是一种罕见的自身免疫性疾病，临床上表现为非梅毒性间质性角膜炎或耳前庭症状、发热、血管炎和神经系统病变等多系统损害组成。1945年美国眼科科学家Cogan首次描述了该综合征，至今报道的病例数很少。
