摘要
目的探讨探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)儿童的认知结构特点。方法对40例ADHD儿童(研究组)及与其人口学资料相匹配的107名健康儿童(对照组)采用GO/NOGO任务、字母版2-back工作记忆任务、韦氏记忆量表(WMS-C)中的数字广度及词汇流畅性测试比较两组间认知功能的差异。结果研究组在GO/NOGO任务的错误数、2-back工作记忆的反应时、WMS-C中的词汇流畅性方面均差于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 ADHD儿童存在认知功能的损伤,为今后ADHD儿童认知功能受损的神经机制研究提供证据。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of cognitive function in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods 40 ADHD children (study group) and 107 healthy controls well matched in demographic data (control group) were assessed with GO/NOGO task, 2-back working memory test, verbal fluency and digit span test in WMS-C. Results The errors number of GO/NOGO task, reaction time of 2-back working memory and the performance of verbal fluency in study group were significantly worse than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Patients with ADHD have cognitive function impairment, to provide evidence of the impairmentADHD childreng cognitive function of neural mechanisms for future.
