5-羟色胺受体基因多态性与酒依赖关系的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 酒依赖(Alcohol dependence,AD)是由于饮酒所致的对酒渴求的一种心理状态,可连续或周期性出现,以体验饮酒的心理效应,有时也为了避免不饮酒所致的不适感[1]。酒依赖的病因仍未查明,国内外研究发现遗传因素在酒依赖的形成中起着非常重要的作用,5-HT受体基因多态性可能是成瘾行为人群易感性的遗传基础。本文对5-羟色胺受体基因多态性在酒依赖中的研究进展进行了综述。
