摘要
目的摸清灌南县社区卫生服务中心预防保健人力资源现况,推进基层保健事业的发展,积极开展社区综合防治工作。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对灌南县14个社区卫生服务中心154名人员进行调查,核实无误后由县疾病预防控制中心回收。结果回收有效问卷154份,回收率为100%。154人中拥有本科学历者4人(2.60%),大专23人(14.94%),高中或中专124人(80.52%),初中3人(1.95%)。中级(高级工)及以上15人(9.7%),医师级55人(35.71%),医士级31人(20.13%),实习医师/助理医师30人(19.48%),无职称23人(14.94%)。结论灌南县社区卫生服务中心预防保健人员整体素质偏低,有待于进一步提高。
bstract OBJECTIVE To find out the status of Guannan County preventive health human resources in community health service centers, promote the development of primary health care, implement integrated control of active communities. METHOD questionnaire methods, Guannan County Community Health Service Centers in 14 154 officers investigated are found collected by the Centers for disease control and prevention. RESULTS Recycling an effective questionnaire 154 the result, the recovery rate is 100%. 154 people have a bachelor's degree and 4 votes(2.6%), 23 people in college(14.94%), 124 in senior high school or technical school (80.52%), 3 in junior high school(1.95%). Intermediate(senior workers) and more than 15 persons(9.7%), physician-level 55 (35.71%), healers level 31(20.13%), intern/assistant physician of 30 persons(19.48%), no title of 23 peoples(14.94%). CONCLUSION Guannan County Community Health Centre has low quality of health-care workers, needs to be further improved.
