基层医院老年人腹腔镜胆囊切除术危险因素分析

Analysis of Risk Factors of Elderly Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in Primary Hospitals

目的探讨基层医院老年人的危险因素。方法回顾分析秦安市人民医院近几年来老年病例(年龄>60岁)462例LC患者病例资料及治疗效果。结果除5例中转开腹外,其余均顺利结束手术,无胆道损伤等严重并发症发生。结论手术前对上述危险因素进行综合评估对成功施行腹腔镜胆囊切除术具有重要的临床指导意义。

bstract OBJECTIVE To investigate the risk factors of laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） for the elderly in primary hospitals. METHODS A retrospective analysis of Qin＇an Hospital in recent years in elderly patients （beyond 〉 60 years old） data and the therapeutic effect of 462 LC cases. RESULTS Except for 5 cases converted to laparotomy, the rest were smooth after operation, no severe complications such as bile duct injury. CONCLUSIONS Before the operation of the risk factors for comprehensive evaluation has important clinical significance for successful laparoscopic gallbladder resection.
