摘要
给鲤鱼腹腔注射三聚氰胺,研究其鲤鱼肝、肾中一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性的变化。三聚氰胺注射后48h时发现,与对照组相比,肝、肾脏内NOS、GSH-PX活性,在注射剂量为0.01mg/kg(体重)、0.1mg/kg时被抑制,在1mg/kg时被显著诱导(P<0.05),在高于1mg/kg时又表现为明显抑制(P<0.05)。结果显示,所试剂量范围0.01mg/kg^20mg/kg内,三聚氰胺对鲤鱼肝、肾脏中NOS、GSH-PX活性产生显著性影响,说明三聚氰胺会对鲤鱼造成明显伤害。表明NOS、GSH-PX对鲤鱼体内三聚氰胺较为敏感,有可能成为水生生态系统中三聚氰胺的生物监测指标。
The aim of this work was to study the effects of melamine on the activities of nitric oxide synthase (NOS)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) in the liver and kindey of Cyprinus carpio after C. carpio re- ceived an injection of melamine. After 48 hours,it was found that compared with the eontral group, the ac- tivities of NOS and GSH-PX were inhibited when the doses were 0.1 mg/kg and 1 mg/kg body weight. When the doses were 10 mg/kg or higher,the inhibition was significantly differcence (P0.05). The con- clusion suggested that the fish might be damaged significantly at the doses of 0.1 mg/kg to 2 00 mg/kg for the reason that the activities of NOS and GSH-PX changed obviously. So it indicated that NOS and GSH- PX are sensitive to melamine in C. carpio and they might be regarded as good bio-monitor indexes of mela- mine in aquatic ecosystem.
