苦马豆素提取工艺及检测方法研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 苦马豆素是疯草类植物的主要毒性成分,是危害草原畜牧业和草原生态健康发展的重要因素之一。而近年来最新研究发现,苦马豆素又是一种天然抗免疫抑制药物,被认为是最有前景的肿瘤候选药物之一,显示出其广阔的应用潜力。结合近年来现代检测技术在苦马豆素研究领域的最新研究成果,综述了苦马豆素的提取工艺、检测方法的最新研究成果,并重点从薄层色谱(TLC)、气相色谱(GC)、高效液相色谱(HPLC)、α-甘露糖苷酶活性抑制分析法(α-MIA)等几个方面介绍了苦马豆素定性、定量检测方法,并对各种检测方法的优缺点进行了比较。 Locoweed, known as poisonous Astragalus and Oxytropzs genera, is tne most sertou natu class of poisonous weeds in the world, it showed higher hazards in pastoral areas. Also, swainsonine can improve the inhibitory effects of interferon on the cell, and it shows great application potential. Research progress on the extraction technology and detecting methods of swainsonine were summarized. The meth- ods for qualitative and quantitative detection of swainsonine,including thin layer chromatography (TLC), gas chromatography (GC), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and enzyme analysis, were discussed, and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were also compared to each other.
