抗布鲁菌感染免疫防御机制及相关保护性抗原研究进展

摘要 布鲁菌病作为人兽共患病,给动物生产和人类公共卫生安全带来了极大的威胁。近年来的研究揭示,布鲁菌感染机体后,机体天然免疫和特异性免疫都起到了重要作用,尤其是细胞免疫更是清除胞内寄生菌的主力。此外,在感染过程中布鲁菌的外膜成分起到了重要作用,这些成分或使细菌逃避免疫识别,或在体外重组后引起宿主的强烈应答,对设计预防布鲁菌感染的疫苗具有重要的价值。论文针对近年来布鲁菌感染的免疫防御机制和其保护性抗原的研究进展进行了概述。 As a zoonosis, Brucellosis greatly threatens animal production and public health. According to re- cent researches, either innate or adaptive immunities play critical roles in defending the invasion of Brucel- la, and the cellular immune response is more important in eliminating the intracellular organisms particu- larly. In addition, the outer membrane of Brucella is important among the infection as some of its compo- nents can make Brucella evade the host immune recognition, or they could induce strong host responses af- ter recombin in vitro ,which is of great value for vaccine design. Progress on the mechanisms underlying immune defense against Brucella and its protective antigens were summarized in this paper
