摘要
为了解河南信阳地区肉鸭H5N1高致病性禽流感和鸭瘟防疫情况,应用HI和ELISA方法对信阳地区91家规模化鸭场的3 653份血样进行了调查分析。结果显示,H5N1高致病性禽流感抗体平均合格率为68.2%,其中潢川县最高,为78.7%,新县最低,为52.5%;鸭瘟抗体平均合格率为58.9%,最高的为潢川县的72.6%,最低的为淮滨县的44.4%;禽流感和鸭瘟的平均抗体合格率均低于国家70%的群体合格标准。建议当地要加强对肉鸭禽流感和鸭瘟的免疫,以提高对整个鸭群的保护力。
In order to demonstrate the epidemic prevention of H5N1 highly pathogenic avian influenza and duck plague in Xinyang Henan province, a survey is conducted on 3653 blood samples of 91 large-scale duck farms in Xinyang by adopting the HI and ELISA methods. The results showed that the average anti- body qualification rate of H5N1 highly pathogenic avian influenza virus is 68.2%, ranging from 52.5% (the lowest) in Xinxian county to 78.7% (the highest) in Huangchuan county, while the qualification rate of duck plague virus is 58.90//00, varying from 44.4//oo (the lowest) in Huaibin county to 72.6% (the high- est) in Huangchuan county. The average antibody qualification rates of both avian influenza virus and duck plague virus are below the national qualification standard (70%). Henceforth, it is vital to promote the immunization against meat duck avian influenza and duck plague to further protect ducks
