Taking the network capacity limit of maximum bearing capacity as a breakthrough, it analyze two kinds of wireless resource uti- lization algorithm, studies the actual operation efficiency in the network under the limit of capacity. The joint analysis of two algorithms is made, through two kinds of modeling, it gives the judging method of high efficient cell.
