摘要
为满足振动压路机出场前可靠性和振动性能测试要求,建立振动压路机试验台振动系统的数学模型,采用ADAMS软件对试验台质量、橡胶转鼓刚度和减振块刚度三个因素进行了仿真分析和优化设计。结果表明:振动压路机试验台模型正确,优化参数能为振动压路机试验台的设计提供理论依据。
In order to meet the requirements for the test on reliability and vibratory performance of roller before entering the construction site, mathematical model for vibratory system of roller on test bench was established, and the simulation analysis and optimization of three factors including the quality of test bench, stiffness of rubber drum and damping block were conducted with the software ADAMS. The results indicate that the model for roller on test bench is correct, and the optimization parameters provide theoretical basis for the design of test bench.
