摘要 针对沥青加温罐内的沥青介质受热不均匀和加速率较低的问题,以某大型沥青加工站的沥青加温罐为研究对象,对罐体内的沥青流体建立三维模型,使用FLUENT软件、RNGk-ε湍流模型和多重参考系(MRF)法求解。对比分析了在不同搅拌装置布局下,加温罐内沥青流体的湍流强度与速度,得到了最优的搅拌装置布局方案,使沥青的成品质量有了明显提高。 Aimed at the problems of uneven heating and low rate heating in asphalt heating tank, the asphalt heating tank in a major asphalt processing station was taken as the study object, and a 3D model of asphalt fluid in the heating tank was established.
