摘要 目的探索具有流式体验特征的整体用户体验生成机制,为交互界面设计实践提供参考。方法依据杜威的"一个体验"理论,将体验解构为情感体验、意义体验、审美体验和功效体验4个层面。在时间维度上,用户和产品(服务或系统)之间的关系可以划分为3个不同阶段,体验的4个层面在不同阶段的表现有所不同,它们彼此关联,相互作用,基于事件共同形成整体用户体验。结论体验本质是高度复杂的,整体用户体验的生成是以时间序列上的交互事件为基础,整合4个体验层面而实现的。最后,以ATM(BBVA&IDEO)自动柜员机的用户体验设计为例,进一步阐明了设计实践中整体用户体验生成需要关注的相关议题。 Objective It explored the generation mechanism of total user experience with the characteristics of flow experience in order to provide a reference for interactive product design. Methods An experience may be deconstructed into four layers including emotional experience, experience of meaning, aesthetics experience and functional experience according to Dewey' s "an experience" theory.In a view of the time dimension, the relationship between user and product (service or system)may be divided into three different stages, in which the four layers of an experience have different performances, and they connect and interact with each other based on events, resulting into the total user experience. Conclusion The nature of experience was highly complex, and the total user experience generate by integrating four layers of experience into together based on the interactive events happening along time dimension.At last, it clarified the related issues about the total user experience design in practice by taking ATM(BBVA & IDEO)as a case study.
