摘要 目的分析计算机软件安装过程中容易被忽视的信息引导。方法结合人的知觉特性,通过具体实例分析软件安装过程中的信息引导带给人的困扰。结论以提出的7个适当:适当的信息、适当的时刻、适当的位置、适当的知觉形式、适当的时长、适当的信息量和适当的环境条件,具体论述了在软件安装过程中信息引导的应用。将7个适当应用于软件安装过程的信息引导中,能更好的服务于使用者,带给人人性化的愉悦体验。 Objective It analyzed the installation information which was easily overlooked. Methods Combined with the characteristics of human perception, through the concrete example analysis the information guidance of software installation process which brought people trouble. Conclusion It put forward seven appropriate: appropriate information, appropriate time, appropriate location, appropriate perceptual form, appropriate amount of information, appropriate a period of time, appropriate environmental conditions, specifically discussed seven appropriate applying to the installation process.It applied the seven appropriate in the information guidance of software installation,to better service to users,to bring everyone of pleasure.
