摘要
研究了过热度、二冷比水量和末端电磁搅拌等连铸工艺参数对SWRH82B小方坯中心偏析的影响。结果表明:降低过热度和增加二冷比水量可以改善小方坯的中心偏析;当拉速为2.6 m/min,比水量为1.8 L/kg时,F-EMS位置具有合适的液芯厚度;当F-EMS电流为500A,频率为10 Hz时,F-EMS具有优化的磁感应强度和电磁力。工艺参数优化后,SWRH82B小方坯中心质量得到了明显改善,盘条合格率得到了提高。
Effects of continuous casting process parameters including superheat,second cooling water ratio and F-EMS parameters on the center segregation of SWRH82B billets were investigated.The results showed that the center segregation of billets was improved with the decreasing of the superheat and the increasing of second cooling water ratio.In addition,with the casting speed of 2.6 m/min and second cooling water ratio of 1.8 L/kg,as well as F-EMS frequency of l0 Hz and current of 500 A,there was the optimum liquid core and maximum magnetic force for F-EMS.With the optimized parameters,the center segregation of SWRH82B billets was modified,and therefore the quality of the wire rod improved.
