Guanzi is an encyclopedic Pre - Qin era masterpiece, which contains modern human resources management thinking, such as reviewing grant officers, giving definite reward and punishment, as well as cultivating talents. The advanced concepts of governing of Guanzi and the loopholes of Guan Zhong's government in Qi can provide a reference for today's human resource management.
