我国社会组织的现状与未来发展方向

The Status Quo and Future Development Direction of Social Organizations in Our Country

在我国,大力发展社会组织主要是为了应对改革开放后的社会转型而产生的一些社会新问题和新矛盾。当前,我国社会组织成为一个蓬勃发展的领域,但总体上尚处于发展的初级阶段,呈现出诸如强政府主导、结构不平衡、治理结构不完善、监管不规范、缺乏专业人才及自身能力不足等特点。基于此,社会组织的未来发展方向应该大力发展成员自主性和公益慈善类的社会组织,应当加大并规范投入扶持、开辟多种资源渠道,从而促进我国社会组织朝着更加积极的方向发展。

Abstracts： In our country, social organizations are quickly and vigorously developed in order to deal with new social problems and new contradictions arising out of the social transformation after Reform and Opening up. At present, the social organizations in our country become a burgeoning field, but it is still in the primary stage of development on the whole. The social organizations show many immature features, such as the strong government domination, unbalanced structure, incomplete governance structure, nonstandard management and supervision mechanism, lack of professional talents and ability etc. Based on this, in the future, member-antonomy and public-charity social organizations should be vigorously developed, investment support should be increased and regulated, and a variety of resources should be opened up. Through the above ways the social organizations can be promoted towards a more positive development.
