科技型小微企业发展现状与对策研究——以南京溧水区“321”人才项目为例

Present Situation and Countermeasures for Technology-based Small and Micro-Enterprises: A Case Study of "321" Talent Project in Nanjing Lishui District

当前,我国科技型小微企业在发展中遇到了诸多难题,亟需采取有效措施加以扶持。以南京溧水区"321"人才创办的科技型小微企业为例,深入分析了其在资金、人才和市场3个方面面临的发展困境及具体成因,并基于政府主导视角提出了相关政策建议。

At present, China＇s technology-based SME encounter many problems in the development, the urgent need to take effective measures to support. Taking technology-based SME founded by ＂321＂ talents in Nanjing Lishui District as an example, this paper deeply analyzes their development dilemma in three aspects of the funds, personnel and market, and the specific reasons. Based on the perspective of government leading, this paper also puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
