Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of Small and Micro Enterprises

近年来,小微企业的生存和发展受到了高度关注,国家出台了诸多支持政策。对于缺乏资金和自主核心知识产权的小微企业来说,仅仅依靠国家减免税收等财政性政策措施很难发展壮大。在探讨科技型小微特点的基础上,分析了科技型小微企业知识产权管理中存在的问题,并提出了相关对策建议。

In recent years, China has paying deep attention and giving helpful policy for the survival and development of small and micro enterprises. However,we have to see that for lack of funds and their own core intellectual property rights, relying solely on the state through tax and other financial policy measures are very difficult for small and micro enterprises to grow and develop. Only small and micro enterprises mastered their own core technology or well--known trademarks and brand names can they gain a firm foothold in a market economy. This article introduces the small and micro enterpri- ses,the difficult situation of small and micro enterprises. Through the analysis of the protection for intellectual property rights of small and medium enterprises in Japan and other countries, we can see that Chinese measures for the small and micro enterprises are inadequant. At last,this passage gives suggestions for small and micro enterprises,and for improvement of the legal aspects of these deficiencies.
