Research on International Cultural and Creative Development Index

文化创意产业评价指标体系由资本投入类指标、环境支持类指标和成果产出类指标构成。在文化创意产业评价指标体系的基础上,将文化资本、人力资本和创意资本的评估结果合成为资本投入指数,将政府投入和政府政策的评估结果合成为环境支持指数,将文化创意成果和文化创意产业规模的评估结果合成为成果产出指数,而资本投入指数、环境支持指数和成果产出指数构成了文化创意发展指数。最后,选取中国、英国、美国和日本4个国家进行文化创意指数对比,分析我国文化创意产业发展中存在的问题。

The evaluation index system of cultural and creative industries is constructed by capital input indicators,indicators of environmental support and results output indicators. On the basis of the evaluation index system of cultural and creative industries,capital input index is composed by cultural capital,human capital and creative capital ,environmental support index is composed by government investment and government policy, outcome output index is composed by cultural and creative results and industrial scale. While international cultural and creative index is synthesized by capital input index, environmental support index and outcome output index. We select China, England, America and Japan as the sample to compare the cultural and creative index. We hope it will have a practical significance for policy-makers to address the existing problems in the culture and creative industries＇ development.
