摘要
文章基于一次修理中发现汽缸套严重裂纹的故障,根据汽缸套的结构特点和技术要求,从产品质量、维修工艺、操作使用3个方面分析了汽缸套产生裂纹的原因,提出了预防裂纹产生的措施。
Based on a serious crack on cylinder liner during its repair, three dimension of crack reason analy-sis of a large number of cylinder was given here according to the structure characteristics of cylinder and technical requirements in the aspects of product quality, repair process and operation, crack prevention measures are pro-posed as well.
