摘要
研究了在运输中添加维生素C,谷氨酰胺和抗应激复合物对团头鲂血清生化指标和肝脏抗氧化指标的影响,探讨团头鲂运输后高死亡率的原因以及维生素C、谷氨酰胺和抗应激复合物对运输应激的缓解作用。在运输团头鲂0、4、8、12h后,分别采集团头鲂血液和肝脏样品,测定了血清皮质醇、三碘甲腺原氨酸、补体3、补体4、肝脏丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶活力、总抗氧化能力等指标。试验结果表明,经过4h后,与对照组相比,维生素C组血清皮质醇和肝脏丙二醛的含量显著降低(P<0.05);抗应激复合物组血清补体3和补体4含量显著升高(P<0.05);维生素C组、谷氨酰胺和抗应激复合物组肝脏超氧化物歧化酶活性显著提高(P<0.05);维生素C组和谷氨酰胺组肝脏总抗氧化能力分别显著升高(P<0.05)。经过8h,与对照组相比,维生素C组、谷氨酰胺组和抗应激复合物组血清皮质醇含量显著降低(P<0.05);维生素C组和抗应激复合物组血清补体3含量分别显著升高(P<0.05);谷氨酰胺组血清补体4的含量显著提高(P<0.05);维生素C组和谷氨酰胺组肝脏丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05);维生素C组和抗应激复合物组肝脏超氧化物歧化酶活性显著升高(P<0.05);维生素C组、谷氨酰胺组和抗应激复合物组肝脏总抗氧化能力显著升高(P<0.05)。在12h,与对照组相比,维生素C组肝脏丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05);维生素C组、谷氨酰胺和抗应激复合物组肝脏超氧化物歧化酶活性显著提高(P<0.05);维生素C组、谷氨酰胺组和抗应激复合物组肝脏总抗氧化能力显著升高(P<0.05)。抗应激制剂应用于长途运输有助于维持团头鲂血清生化和肝脏抗氧化指标的稳定,对团头鲂运输应激反应有很好的缓解作用。不同抗应激制剂的作用效果由强至弱依次为:维生素C>谷氨酰胺>抗应激复合物。
The serum cortisol (COR), levels of 3,5,3'-triiodothyronine (T3), complement 3 (C3), complement 4 (C4), hepatic malondialdehyde (MDA), activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) were determined in Wuchang bream (Megalobrama amblycephala) with initial body weight of (6004-12) g held in lm3tanks of 750 fish fed the diets containing 20 mg/L vitamin C, glutamine or anti-stress compund (anti-stress agents) (without addition as control group) during longdistance transportation period of 0 h, 4 h, 8 h, and 12 h to evaluate the effect of anti-stress agents on the serum biochemical parameters and hepatic antioxidant abilities during the long-distance transportation period. The results showed that the anti-stress agents led to significantly (P〈0.05) decrease in serum eortisol levels and hepatopancreas MDA levels, and to significantly (P 〈0.05) increase in serum C3, C4, hepatic SOD, and T-AOC compared with the control group, indicating that the anti-stress agents was used to regulate biochemical parameters and antioxidant ability. Based on the serum levels of COR, T3, C3, C4, and hepatic MDA, SOD activity, and T-AOC, the antioxidant ability order of the anti-stress agents was ranged as vitamin C〉glutamine〉anti-stress compound.
