摘要 全过程可追溯系统是保障冷鲜牛肉产品质量安全的重要技术工具。该研究将物联网技术与肉牛饲养、冷鲜牛肉生产等技术相结合,应用GS1-128条码符号标识冷鲜肉产品追溯代码和EPC耳标代码,研发了一套具有预警功能的全过程可追溯系统,为实现冷鲜牛肉生产的全程质量管理提供可能。目前该系统已在内蒙古呼和浩特市实际应用。 The whole process of quality tracking system is an important technology of guaranteeing the safety of chilled fresh beef. The system with early warning function has been developed through the combining of the technology of internet of things with the cattle breeding and the chilled fresh meat production. The GS1-128 bar code has been applied for the trace code of the chilled fresh beef and the EPC ear tag code. The system makes it possible for achieving the quality management in the whole process of the cold fresh beef production. Now the system has been applied in practical production in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia.
