响应面优化超临界CO_2萃取油茶籽油工艺研究 被引量:9

Optimization by response surface methodology of extraction camellia seed oil with supercritical carbon dioxide

摘要 以贵州怒江山茶为原料,采用超临界CO2萃取技术,通过单因素试验探讨萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取流量及物料质量对茶籽油提取率的影响,然后再采用响应面分析法(RSM)对超临界CO2萃取技术提取油茶籽油工艺进行优化并对产品进行质量评价。结果表明:超临界CO2萃取油茶籽油工艺条件为:萃取压力为27.60 MPa、萃取温度为40℃、萃取流量为350 L、物料质量为300.05 g,在此条件下油茶籽油的提取率为94.89%,不饱和脂肪酸含量高86.54%,过氧化值低于1.66 mmol/kg,毛油澄清透明,苯并芘含量远低于压榨法所得毛油。 On the basis of single-factor test, we optimized process conditions of extraction camellia oil from Nujiang camellia seed, produced from Guizhou, with supercritical carbon dioxide by response surface methodology(RSM). It was found that the optimum fermentation conditions were pressure 27.60 MPa, temperature 40 ℃, flow rate 350 L, mass of material 300.05 g. Under those conditions, extraction yield was 94.89%, the content of unsaturated fatty acid was 86.54%, the peroxide value was below 1.66, the crude oil presented transparent state, and the content of benzo(a)pyrene was obviously lower than produced by squeezing.
