摘要
采用乙醇提取法从棉籽仁中分离出棉酚,得到游离棉酚含量为0.037%的脱酚棉籽。再以其作原料,用水酶法提取棉籽油。采用单因素试验及L9(34)正交试验,以出油率为指标,研究了影响棉籽提油的因素:加酶量、固液比、浸提时间和浸提温度,得到了最佳工艺条件:固液比为1:12、浸提时间为3 h、浸提温度为55℃、加酶量为0.03%,在此条件下,游离油提取率可达到64.53%。
Ethanol was used as solvent in extracting gossypol from cottonseed. In this process, 0.037% free gossypol contained cottonseed was obtained, which was used as raw material to extract oil with aqueous enzymatic method. Through single factor and orthogonal experiments, extraction of oil from cottonseed were studied. Some influence factors on the extraction ratio of the oil were discussed. These factors involved the enzyme dosage, the ratio of cottonseed and extraction solvent, time and temperature of extraction. The optimal conditions of extraction were showed as following: the ratio of material weight(g) to raw solvent volume(mL) 1:12, the extracting time 3 h, extracting temperature 55 ℃, enzyme dosage 0.03%, under the conditions, the extraction rate could be high as 64.53%.
