牛蒡子中牛蒡子苷元的微波辅助水解提取工艺 被引量:1

Extraction of arctigenin from Fructus Arctii by microwave-assisted hydrolysis

摘要 对牛蒡子中牛蒡子苷元微波辅助水解提取工艺进行了研究。采用微波法,利用单因素和正交实验对牛蒡子中牛蒡子苷水解提取牛蒡子苷元工艺进行了优化,并建立了牛蒡子中牛蒡子苷和牛蒡子苷元的高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测方法。结果表明,最佳水解工艺条件为:盐酸浓度1 mol/L、微波时间500 s、料液比1:6、水解一次,牛蒡子苷水解率达到98%以上,牛蒡子苷元提取率达到1.80%。与传统的水解提取方法比,本方法工艺简单、高效。 Arctigenin was prepared from fructus arctium by microwave-assisted hydrolysis. The microwave-assisted hydrolysis progress of arctiin was studied to get the optimum conditions by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The content of arctiin and arctigenin were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The optimum conditions were 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid concentration, 1:6 of material to liquid ratio, 500 s microwave time, hydrolysis 1 time. Under these conditions, the hydrolysis rate of arctiin was more than 98%, and the yields of arctigenin was 1.80%. Compared with traditional methods, this method is simple and efficient.
