我国住宅工业化发展的社会历史动因浅析

Analysis on Social and Historical Motives of Housing Industrialization in China

我国的住宅工业化是与新中国的工业化建设同时起步的,其发展既经历过高潮期,也遇到过低谷期。从总体上来说,当前我国住宅工业化仍处于生产方式转型的初级阶段,对于造成这种情况的原因很多学者已从技术、经济、国家产业政策等方面进行了分析总结。本文在对我国住宅工业化发展脉络进行梳理的同时,从社会和历史背景方面来探讨一些与我国住宅工业化发展过程高度相关的影响因素,以期拓展我们的研究思路。

The housing industrialization of our country started with the industrialized construction of the PRC together. Its development underwent not only peaks but valleys. In general, the housing industrialization of our country is still at the preliminary stage of production mode change; and many scholars have analyzed and summarized the causes for this situation from multiple perspectives including technology, economy and national industrial policies. This article sorted the housing industrializa- tion development venation of our country, and discussed some influential factors highly related with the industrialized development process of our country from social and historical backgrounds to expand our study thoughts.
