How to solve the housing problem of the low and middle income crowds is a main difficult problem for our country during the economic and social development as well as the urbanization process. This article analyzed the existing problems of our country during the security housing construction and development, sorted and summarized the housing security systems and experience of developed countries and cities and proposed innovation thoughts about development opportunities of security housing of our country.
