纳米TiO_2/抗坏血酸对真丝织物防紫外整理研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高真丝织物的抗紫外线性能,用正交实验初步确定了纳米TiO2与抗外血酸的复配液的制备条件,并利用制备的复配液对真丝织物进行了整理,探讨整理方式、浸轧温度和时间、陪烘温度、浸轧工艺对抗紫外线性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着紫外线光照时间的延长,不同条件整理后真丝织物的断裂强度值逐渐减小,UPF值先增大再减小再增大;采用复配液整理真丝织物的较优条件为TiO2质量浓度20 g/L,抗坏血酸质量浓度15 g/L,采用二浸二轧(压强0.4 MPa)的整理方式,浸渍温度为40℃,浸渍时间为4 h,预烘温度80℃,焙烘温度为150℃。 This study preliminarily determines preparation conditions of compound liquid of nano-TiO2 and ascorbic acid through orthogonal experiment, discusses the influence of change law of breaking strength value and UPF value of real silk fabrics finished under different conditions with the extension of ultraviolet aging time and washing times on breaking strength value and UPF value and then determines after-finishing conditions of mulberry silk fabrics such as finishing way, padding temperature, time, curing temperature and padding method. The experiment shows that breaking strength value of real silk fabrics after finishing under different conditions gradually reduces and UPF value first increases, then decreases and then increases again; optimal conditions for the finishing of real silk fabrics with compound liquid: mass concentration of titanium dioxide is 20 g/L, finishing way is double dipping and double rolling ( pressure 0.4 Mp) preliminary drying temperature 80 ℃ and curing temperature 150 ℃ mass concentration of ascorbic acid is 15 g/L, , dipping temperature 40 ℃, dipping time 4 h,
