摘要
为简化复杂多臂织物组织设计,采用一种基于图像处理的适用于不同综片数、不同经纬循环数的计算机智能化设计方法,可将复杂图像直接应用于多臂织物组织的设计中。对用户自行选择的图像进行处理,转变为二值图像后确定织物的经纬循环数,根据多臂织物组织的穿综图、纹板图及组织图之间的数学关系,利用计算机智能化设计的模型及算法,优化综片数(将综片数控制在22片之内),生成适合多臂机织造的上机图。将优化综片数前后的织物组织进行比较可知,图像基本一致,没有发生明显的变化。
To simplify complex dobby fabric weave design, this paper uses a computer intelligent design method based on image processing which applies to different heddle numbers and different cycle numbers of warp and weft and can directly apply complex images to the design of dobby fabric weave. It processes images selected by users and transforms them into binary image, then determines the cycle number of warp and weft of fabrics, optimizes heddle numbers (control it within 22 ) with the model and algorithm of computer intelligent design according to the mathematical relationship among drafting plan, lifting plan and weave diagram of dobby fabric weave and generates the looming draft of weaving of dobby.
