摘要
为解决我国日益突出的能源资源和负荷分布不均的矛盾,提高能源、环境和经济等综合利用效率,中国科学院学部于2011年12月设立了"高温超导输电"的咨询项目,力求前瞻思考和探讨高温超导输电的可行性并为国家发展此项前沿技术提供咨询意见。本项目在严陆光院士的主持下,组织20多位院士和专家,经过一年多的深入调研和研讨,形成了《关于发展高温超导输电的建议》咨询报告。报告分析了国内外高温超导输电技术发展和示范应用情况,认为高温超导输电具有大容量、低损耗、体积小、重量轻、系统可靠性高、节约资源、环境友好等优势,有望在我国未来电网发展中发挥重要作用。报告还针对我国相关技术和政策等方面的问题,提出了我国发展高温超导输电路线图和设立"高温超导输电"项目等政策建议。
This paper analyzes the situation of development and demonstration applications of domestic and foreign high-temperature superconducting power transmission technology. There are many advantages of the high-temperature superconducting power transmission, such as large capacity, low loss, small size, light weight, high reliability, resource conservation and environmental friendliness, etc. It is expected to play an important role in the development of China' s future power grid. This paper also presents the policy recommendations for the roadmap of development of high-temperature superconducting power transmission, and establishment of a ' high-temperature superconducting power transmission' project, and others against our relevant technical and policy aspects and other issues.
