Effect of Thyroprotein on Egg Quality and Approach of the Mechanism

取 300日龄罗曼蛋鸡 768只，随机分为 2组，分别饲喂添加 0和 50 mg/kg碘化酪蛋白的玉米—豆粕型饲粮 13周。结果，与对照组相比，试验组鸡的蛋壳厚度和蛋壳相对重分别增加了 8.33％和 5.89％；血清碱性磷酸酶活性升高了 61.7％；血清甲状旁腺素和钙含量分别提高了 20.67％和 9.15％。

Seven hundred and sixty eight 300－ day－ old ROM laying hens were divided randomly into 2 groups， each with 4 replicates of 96 layers. One group fed with a basal cornsoybean meal diet alone and another group with corn－ soybean meal diet containing 50 mg/kg thyroprotein under same circumstances for a period of 13 weeks.The results indicated that thyroprotein supplementation significantly increased eggshell thickness and relative eggshell weight by 8.33％ (P=0.08)
