摘要
课堂观察与评价是教学督导评估的重要环节。应着眼于新课程标准,科学研制课堂观察与评价量表;着眼于教师专业发展视角,评价教师个人素养;着眼于学生本位,评价课堂教学设计;着眼于学习效果,评价课堂教学质量。
The observation and assessment in classes is an important part of teaching supervision and evaluation. It requires supervisors to develop an evaluation scale scientifically according to the new curriculum standards and a measure to assess the personal accomplishment of teachers in respect of the professional development. Besides, supervisors have the responsibility to estimate the teaching scheme based on students' requirement and to evaluate the quality of education with learning results.
