摘要
党内监督法制化是加强党内监督的必由之路。2003年底，中共中央颁布了《中国共产党党内监督条例（试行）》，有效加强了党内监督工作法制化、制度化、科学化进程。但是，党内监督工作在高校开展得还不够均衡，究其原因还是法制化程度不够。本文在总结高校党内监督法制化存在的主要问题的基础上，归纳了高校党内监督法制化的基本思路，提出高校党内监督法制化的基本路径。
The legalization of inner - party supervision is the necessary way of strengthening the inner - party supervision. By the end of 2003, the CPC Central Committee promulgated the ＂Supervision Regulations within the Chinese Communist Party （Trial）＂, and effec- tively promoted the process of the legalization, institutionalization and scientification of the inner- party supervision. However, the inner - party supervision in universities is not balanced, and the reason is the low degree of legalization. Based on summarizing the main prob- lems in the inner -party supervision system, this paper concluded the basic ideas of the inner -party supervision legalization in universi- ties, and put forward the basic path of the inner - party supervision legalization in universities.
