The Economic Reforms of Northeastern Region of China in the New Deal of Late Qing Dynasty

20世纪初，清政府在内忧外患之下开始实施新政。在新政中，对东北地区经济的“变法”对当地经济起到了促进作用。但是，改革没有改变东北地区被帝国主义国家争相掠夺的状况，也没有挽救清政府的统治。

At the beginning of the 20th century, the Qing government began to implement the New Deal. In the process of the New Deal, the economic reform promoted the economic development of the northeastern region of China. But the reform has not changed the situation of the northeastern region being looted by imperialist countries, and did not save the rule of the Qing government.
