依巴斯汀联合玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童人工性荨麻疹28例

Clinical Observation on Ebastine Combined with Yupingfeng Granules for Treating Child Artificial Urticaria on 28 Cases

目的观察依巴斯汀联合玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童人工荨麻疹的临床效果及安全性。方法将56例患者随机分为两组。治疗组28例，给予依巴斯汀口服，2-5岁2.5mg/d，6-ll岁5mg/天，12-14岁10 mg/d;同时口服玉屏风颗粒，2 - 6岁半包3次/d，6岁以上1包 3次/d。对照组28例口服西替利嗪滴剂，2？6岁0. 5 mL/d，6岁以上1 mL/d。均连续口服4周。结果用药4周，治疗组总有效率为 82. 14%，对照组为64. 29% ,差异有显著性（x2=4. 14, P 〈0. 05）;停药8周观察复发率，治疗组为23.81%，对照组为53. 85%，差异有显著性（x2= 4.84, P〈0.05）。结论依巴斯汀联合玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童人工荨麻疹高效、安全，复发率低。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and security of ebastine combined with Yupingfeng Granules in the treatment of artifi- cial urticaria in children. Methods 56 children patients with artificial urticaria were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group （28 cases） were treated with oral ebastine （2. 5 mg/d for 2-6 years old children,5 mg/d for 6-11 years old children and 10 mg/d for 12-14 years old children） and simultaneous Yupingfeng Granules 3 times a day （half bag per time for 2-6 years old children and one bag for over 6 years old children） for successive 4 weeks. The control group（28 cases） were treated with Cetirizine Drops （0. 5 mL/d for 2-6 years old children, and 1 mL/d for over 6 years old children） for successive 4 weeks. Results After 4 - week treatment, the effective rate was 82. 14% in the treatment group and 64. 29% in the control group and the difference between the two groups showed the statistical significance （0. 05）. The recurerence rate in the treatment group was 23. 81% , in the contral group was 53. 85% （ =4. 84, P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Ebastine combined with Yupingfeng Granules is effective and safe in the treatment of ar- tificial urticaria in children and the recurrence rate is low.
