核心稳定性力量训练对提高青少年单板U型场地运动员出槽高度的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 把核心稳定性力量训练与单板U型场地技巧训练实践相结合,旨在通过在陆地训练中应用核心稳定性力量训练提高运动员对身体控制能力,增强身体的稳定性,保证出槽高度,提高完成动作的质量,从而提高单板U型场地滑雪项目的运动成绩.在核心稳定性力量训练前的冬训中,对青少年单板U型场地技巧运动员的出槽高度进行测试,在夏训中引入核心稳定性力量训练,在其后的冬训中对运动员的出槽高度再次进行测评,前后进行比较分析,结果表明:通过克服自重训练、不稳定器械训练、综合器械训练3种训练形式进行实施,核心稳定性力量训练对运动员有非常显著性的影响. Combining core-stability force training with skill-practice training, aims to improve athletes' abilities to control their bodies as well as body stability by applying core-stability strength training and guarantee out-groove height and the quality of final actions, by improving performance in Half-pipe Snow Boarding was improved. In the winter training before core-stability force training, out-groove height of teenagers in Half-pipe Snow Boarding was tested. In the following summer training core-sta- bility force training was introduced, then test the out-groove height in the winter training was tested, a comparative analysis was made. The result showed that training by overcoming dead-load, instable- equipments and comprehensiveequipments, core-stability force training has significant impacts on athletes' results.
