抗NMDA受体脑炎三例 被引量：8

摘要 1病例报告 病例1女,13岁,因“发热伴抽搐、精神行为异常40 d余”于2012-09-05入院.患者2012-07-24受凉,07-25突然出现脸色发绀、全身轻微抖动,呼之不应,持续约2 min好转后能正常对答,伴发热38.7.C,约半小时后再发1次.3d后患者出现意识模糊、阵发发愣、不认识父母,淡漠或胡言乱语.当地医院诊断为“精神分裂样精神障碍”,予抗生素、镇静（奥氮平2.5 mg2次/d）、抗癫痫（拉莫三嗪25 mg 2次/d）等治疗无好转.2012-08-16患者出现反复高热,最高达39.2℃,神志不清,频繁抽搐,诊断为“癫痫持续状态、症状性癫痫、病毒性脑炎、急性支气管肺炎”.
