二分髌骨合并高位髌骨、髌骨不稳1例报告并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 二分髌骨的发生率在0．7％-2％之间，男女比例9：1，二分髌骨多无临床症状，在膝部外伤后可发生疼痛，称为疼痛性二分髌骨，易与髌骨骨折混淆。关于二分髌骨的诊断、鉴别以往文献多有报道，但二分髌骨合并高位髌骨、髌骨不稳文献未见报道，现将我们收治的1例二分髌骨合并高位髌骨、髌骨不稳报告如下。
