A new watchcase combination tooling used in CNC machining center was discussed in this paper, mainly fo- cused on the design process, working principle, technical points, considerations in the assembly and debugging and so on. The real practice proved that the combination of new tools in the application of CNC machining center solved the complicated problems, improved the production efficiency and production quality in the watchcase production processing, on the other hand, it improved the machine utilization rate and reduced the enterprise costs. At the same time, the new combination of tooling design can be applied to watch manufacturing and other related parts machining industry, it has a certain promotion value.
