摘要 阐述了一种应用于数控加工中心加工表壳的新型组合工装,重点介绍了新型组合工装的设计过程、工作原理、技术要点及装配与调试中的注意事项。通过实践证明,新型组合工装在数控加工中心的应用解决了实际生产加工表壳存在的繁琐问题,提高了表壳生产加工的效率和质量,提高了机床加工的使用率,降低了企业成本;同时,新型组合工装的设计成果可应用在钟表制造业和其他机械加工行业相关零部件的加工中,在行业内具有一定的推广价值。 A new watchcase combination tooling used in CNC machining center was discussed in this paper, mainly fo- cused on the design process, working principle, technical points, considerations in the assembly and debugging and so on. The real practice proved that the combination of new tools in the application of CNC machining center solved the complicated problems, improved the production efficiency and production quality in the watchcase production processing, on the other hand, it improved the machine utilization rate and reduced the enterprise costs. At the same time, the new combination of tooling design can be applied to watch manufacturing and other related parts machining industry, it has a certain promotion value.
