摘要
应用有限元方法,建立了某款三轮摩托车车架的梁单元分析模型,应用MSC.Nastran软件,模拟了车架在极限使用工况下的应力分布情况。在此基础上,以车架的强度为约束条件,车架管梁的截面尺寸为设计变量,车架质量最小为目标函数,基于专业优化软件HyperStudy建立了结构优化的数学模型,并进行了优化计算,从而获得了最佳的结构截面参数,使车架在满足约束条件的前提下,达到了质量最小的效果,有效地降低了成本。
By using software MSC. Nastran, the stress analysis was done under extreme conditions based on the bar ele- ment model of the three-wheeled motorcycle frame with FEA in the paper. Meanwhile, the mathematic model for structural optimization was established with the strength as constraints, sectional dimension of bars as design variable, minimizing weight as objective using HyperStudy software. Then the suitable structural parameter was obtained, thus realizing the light-weight design and reducing the product costs meeting the constraints.
