甘肃省城镇居民医疗保险门诊统筹调研报告

Research on Medical Insurance for Urban Residents and Outpatient Co-ordination in Gansu Province

甘肃省城镇居民的门诊费用呈现出逐年递增的趋势,为响应国家政策号召,切实减轻城镇居民的医疗负担,甘肃省从2011年开始实施城镇居民基本医疗保险门诊统筹试点工作。通过对甘肃省兰州、武威、金昌、临夏、定西等地的实地调研,分析了甘肃省城镇居民基本医疗保险门诊统筹实施的现状以及存在问题,进而提出了相应的对策建议。

The outpatient expenses of urban residents in Gansu province showed an increasing trend year by year. Gansu province has began the experiment of basic medical insurance for urban residents and out--patient from 2011 in order to response to the national policy and reduce urban residents＇ medical costs. By research on Lanzhou, Wuwei, Jinchang, Linxia, Dingxi of Gansu province, we analyses the present situation and existing problems in the implementation in medical insurance for urban residents and outpatient co--ordination in Gansu Province, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
